Biography
Kelly Parks is an Ohio native, born and raised in Northwest Ohio. In 2002 he moved to Columbus to attend The Ohio State University and then Capital Law School. He graduated Capital Law School with his Juris Doctorate in 2011 and admitted to the Ohio Bar as a practicing attorney later that year. Since then, Kelly has stayed in private practice in the areas of Family Law, Probate Law, and Estate Trust Planning. He has helped hundreds of families through difficult times, and Kelly and the team at Parks Legal pride themselves on helping people in need from all walks of life. Kelly is also a committed ally and advocate for members of the LGBTQ+ community and actively participates in initiatives through organizations such as Pride and Equality Ohio. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, The Ohio Bar Foundation, the Columbus Bar Association, Equality Ohio, and is a regular attendee of the Ohio Adoption Law Roundtable.
Kelly and his spouse, Valerie, have a son, Atticus with whom Kell loves to play baseball, hike, and play video games. When he's not practicing law or spending time with his family, Kelly enjoys handcrafting wood furniture and reading.
